Since 1976, The Cornyn Fasano Group has successfully completed assignments for clients in a number of industry segments including colleges/universities, schools, corporations, corrections, recreational and fine arts facilities and a host of others. In all cases, the common denominator has been that CFG has provided expert, objective management and operations assistance with projects ranging from:

  • researching and preparing strategic/master plans;
  • operational programming for new/remodeled facilities;
  • requests for proposals (RFP’s) and contractor selection processes;
  • operational and financial results analysis;
  • market research;
  • pouring rights RFP’s and agreements; and,
  • numerous other related management tasks.

When appropriate to do so, CFG has either lead or participated as a team member in assignments requiring a seamless blending of professional disciplines.

Each client project is considered singularly unique requiring equally unique and specifically tailored solution sets. Through the process of participatory consultation, it is CFG's sole objective that the client will ultimately embrace and implement the solutions as its own. Before the assignment is considered complete, CFG prefers to schedule a follow-up visit to ensure satisfactory results.

CFG considers itself a client advocate firm. In order to maintain strict objectivity and client confidentiality, CFG does not accept assignments from food service management companies, equipment manufacturers, food processors or industry suppliers. All personal and financial data obtained during the course of an assignment will remain confidential.

CFG's principals are proud of the fact that almost all of its clients have selected the firm based on a referral from other clients or industry experts familiar with their work. Specific references will be made available upon request.

The Cornyn Fasano Group adheres to the highest standards of professional organizations such as the Institute of Management Consultants and the Foodservice Consultants Society International. In addition, the firms' principals actively participate in numerous food service and industry specific trade organizations.
