Joyce Fasono joined The Cornyn Fasano Group in 1978. As a principal in the firm, she is responsible for managing a number of different projects, including feasibility studies, operational analysis, menu development, master plans and program documentation for new and remodeling projects. She has extensive knowledge of program development and implementation for cook-chill, as well as rethermalization systems for effective bulk and preplated food service at one or more remote locations.
